Qualitative inquiry is a process I've spent time studying and practicing this semester, and in reflecting on how to use qualitative methods and why I use these them I feel like they are particularly important to discovering meaning. These methods can be used by scholars and laypeople alike. Indeed, the more I learned this semester the more I realized that just about all meaning-making activities we engage in are a part of the qualitative inquiry process in some shape or form.
